Since Parineeti is fond of food too much, it was not so easy for her to lose weight and follow a strict diet plan. But her great dedication and eager to achieve perfect shape made her to do so. 

Parineeti Chopra Weight Loss Routine          

Parineeti Chora starts her day with jogging and then she does meditation and Yoga for an hour. On weekends she involves into activities like swimming, horse riding, etc. In addition to this, she also practices some deadly dance forms to burn calories. Regular Cardio exercises are also part of her daily fitness routine.

Breakfast: One glass of milk with brown bread and butter, two eggs white portions and fruit juices

Lunch: Dal and Roti, Brown Rice, Green Salad and Green Leafy Vegetables

Dinner: Pari takes her dinner 8 Pm and it includes chappati and Dal and one portion seasonal vegetable.
