In the beginning of her career, Shraddha rarely followed any diet plan, but after her great success of Aashiqui 2, she has been concentrating on a proper diet plan. Now she does not compromise on her diet as she wants to look fit for all her future challenging roles.


Breakfast: Sharaddha believes in taking food at the time that’s why she eats her breakfast as soon as she wakes up. At breakfast, she takes one plate of Poha or Upma and on alternate day, she enjoys scrambled egg whites.

Lunch: In Lunch, she takes 2-3 chapatis, a sizable portion of green vegetables and 1 bowl of dal.

Dinner: She tries to complete her dinner before 8 p.m. For dinner, she takes 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 piece of grilled fish, 1 bowl of Dal or one portion brown rice with 1 bowl fish curry.

In addition to this, she drinks plenty of water throughout the day to keep herself hydrated.

Along with diet, Shraddha gives equal attention to her fitness. In her childhood, she participated in a various sports activities like basketball and volleyball. But now being a celebrity, she goes to the gym every day. Her workout routine includes, regular gym, lots of cardio exercises, strength training, etc. In addition to workout, Shraddha is also a great dancer and she sheds enough pounds in dancing.
